Ohhh the devastation and despair to have a Sunday afternoon beach outing ruined by high tide and overcast skies.

No doubt about it, Maddie is a cutie alrite. :) Her expression is very much like mine when I have pumped the tyres, filled the water bottles, only to see a storm approaching, so I definitely identify. :D

Hey bro, you HAVE to teach me how to leave the shoes on the bike and somehow jump on and get my feet in the shoes all in one go. I am deathly afraid of crashing - have seen it happen, and it ain't pretty. But when you get it right... BEAUTIFUL!

About the big D... You are right, not a good situation to be in, but the fact remains that we live in a fallen world and the Lord gives us His grace to overcome. Your frens are right - it does not need to be a "good thing", but God can turn the worst of situations to the best. In fact, He has a track record of doing so. :) I can only imagine how hard it must be for you, and my prayer is that His love and grace will fill you to overflowing, such that it overflows into your life and the lives of everyone around you.

Hang in there bro. The book of Psalms is all about crying to the Lord while trying to live in this world according to His standards and provisions, so I know that even as you pour your heart ot to Him, His is listening, and He is pleased with your worship/prayers.

look at the disappointed look on her face. Don't try to fool everyone making them think its because the of the tide and overcast skies. Shes really sad because she hasn't gotten to see her aunt in a month. Shes heartbroken!!
