Great pic and great site! Thanks for visiting ChristianRunner.com. My triathlete brother lives in Orlando. I also lived in Orlando for 10 years, in fact Im a FL native, moved to TN 5 yrs ago to take a job with a Christian publishing company. You can find my brother's site at http://trigoose.blogspot.com
Sean, no I will not be doing the Tri America race. I am committed to only two races this year. FL Half Iron in May and IMFL in November. Since its my first IM I am trying to primarily focus on that. Its good to see some other Christian Triahtletes out there. They seem to be few and far between,,,,or they hide well :)
Yo bro, work/family/training are really taking their toll on my blogging time - looks like I may only be able to check in weekly. :(
Don't sweat the choc, we all know that dark choc don't count. :) Problem is that I prefer milk choc!
Great result in the race. 22:34 for 5km on the dirt is FANTASTIC!
Not touchy about my heighth at all...I figure I'll probably start shrinking soon then I'm in real trouble! ;)
It's pretty bad when you're giving your kids the business and you've got to look up at them...just doesn't have the same effect!
Rob ran track last year but wasn't his thing. They both surf and snowboard. Chuck really likes to lift weights. As long as they find a way to get their bodies moving, I'm happy.
Just got done with 11.50 run. Icing my legs and drinking a shake. Hope you had a great weekend!
